Our audio guestbooks are available to hire for a 7-day rental period.
The audio guestbook will be delivered to you at least 2 days prior to event, use for your event and then sent back to us within 3 days after your event by you using the pre-paid postage satchel sent with the telephone.

Our standard 7-day event hire is $235 and includes:

We guarantee delivery at least 3 days before your event, and you’ll return the phone within 3 days after using the prepaid satchel provided. If you need an extended hire, just get in touch, and we’ll make it happen!
You will record your greeting when you receive the phone in your hand, using our simple step by step instructions that will be sent in the parcel.
Don't like what you have recorded? Not a problem! you can delete the greeting and re-record it as many times as you like!
Your hire comes with premium acrylic signage that guides your guests to pick up the phone and leave a message.
Once they do pick the phone up, they’ll hear your personalised greeting, gently encouraging them to share their thoughts and memories.
We also recommend leaving the phone is high foot traffic areas such as entrance doors or bars. Maybe even mention to your event MC to let your guests know of your awesome hire too!
No! Your vintage telephone guestbook will come fully charged allowing up to 10 days standby time. Your phone will also allow to help up to 120 hours of recordings too!
We will send super easy to read instructions on how to set your phone up. All you need to do is follow these instructions, record your greeting and ensure your phone gets taken to the event on your special day!
Receiving:
Your Audio Guestbook will be delivered via express courier to the address provided at the time of booking. It will arrive at least 3 days before your event.
Returning:
Just place your Audio Guest Book in the provided pre-paid return satchel and drop it off at your nearest post office.You have 3 days after your event to send it back with a tracking number forwarded to HQ.

Our vintage audio telephones are sent to you, fully charged and ready to go. This means they dont have any cords to be plugged in! They look nice and neat.
Simply ensure the phone makes it way to the event, place the phone and the signage for your guests to follow in a high foot traffic area, turn the phone on and thats it!
As soon as we receive the vintage telephone back, we will get to work on creating and sending you back your recorded messages from your guests.
