Hire Period and Delivery:

The hire period commences 3 days prior to the event date and concludes 3 days after the event finishes. This is a total hire period of 7 days. If the hire time is needed for longer, please contact us and we can increase the days for an extra price.

We will deliver the vintage telephone and associated equipment to your specified address three days before your event.

Return Policy and Late Fee:

The Hirer is responsible for returning the equipment within three days after the event.
To ensure the timely availability of our vintage audio guestbook telephones for all clients, we require the equipment to be returned in its original condition within 3 days following your event.

If the telephone is not returned within this timeframe or is returned in an unsatisfactory condition, an additional hire fee equivalent to the full rental cost will be invoiced.

To facilitate the return process, please use the provided prepaid return label & satchel and email us the tracking number upon dispatch. This helps us monitor the return and ensure the equipment's safe arrival.

Equipment Care and Use:

The Hirer agrees to use the vintage telephones solely for the purpose of audio guestbook recording.
The Hirer is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the equipment during the hire period.
Any loss, theft, or damage to the equipment must be reported immediately. The Hirer may be liable for repair or replacement costs.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations made 31 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. Please note that if the vintage audio guestbook telephone is not returned in its original condition or within the agreed 3-day return period, an additional hire fee equivalent to the full rental cost will be invoiced.
